Tucked away close to Chinatown and the convention center but comfortably close to all popular sites, this Penn Quarter hotel offers "lovely" rooms with "super-soft sheets and yummy mints", an "unbelievable" fitness center and an "effective" staff; penny-pinchers pout they "nickel-and-dime you to death" with prices for parking, WiFi and water, and diners dis the "just average" restaurant, but the "location, location, location" saves the day.

It was clean and convenient, nice staff.
They had a sketchy car outside (not a taxi) trying to pick up passengers for a price. Didn't feel safe.

Check in was a little shakey. We were checked into a room that was already occupied. The was some scrambling but eventually we were moved to a vacant room.
